Flow breath to movement through a series of postures designed to activate, strengthen and restore stroke specific muscle groups.

Reflect on session experience, sharing key insights with teammates and coaches

One to three hour sessions available
Option to be held as “in house” during regular scheduled practice time
Curated to meet group’s needs - club swimmers, masters, triathletes, open water groups
