  • Our 4k swim is a guided moving meditation - designed to cultivate deeper sensory awareness.

    With intention setting check points every 1k, this is your time to explore your relationship with the water in a safe and supportive environment!

Yoga Sequenced for Swimmers

Morning Activation

  • Flow breath to movement through postures designed to activate and strengthen stroke specific muscles.

  • Followed by a short pranayama (breathwork) session preparing the mind & body for the morning swim!

Evening Restorative

  • Recover from the day’s activities with a slower yin style practice to promote deep relaxation and integrate the day’s experience.

  • Sequencing is designed to restore balance in the nervous system and across swim specific muscle groups.
